Whether you're a Head, teacher, support worker or governor in a school, or a parent or a pupil - this website will help you find out more about safeguarding and what you can do to play your part.

These policies will be reviewed and updated on a regualr basis by the Safeguarding Service.

Ofsted have now confirmed that:

Any Sheffield school can say their safeguarding policies and procedures are those on this website
Each school must have a hard copy of these policies and procedures available at the school for parents and others to see if requested
The policies do not need to have the school name and logo on
The proof of quality lies in what schools do about safeguarding their pupils
