In September the Safeguarding Children Service conducted a customer consultation exercise regarding Child Protection Conference Minutes and Plans.
Since the implementation of ICS and as part of our commitment to continually reviewing the services we provide, we asked for the opinion of the professionals who attend conferences by means of a short questionnaire asking about the style of minutes and their presentation, as well as what information was most valuable to them and their service.
The questionnaires were handed out to all professionals who attended conferences for four weeks in September this year. 34 completed responses were used and the results are documented in the report available to download at the bottom of this page.
