Our commitment to our customers will be demonstrated in the following ways:
 
  • We will always be courteous and helpful in our contact with you

  • We will respond to telephone calls promptly and answer the phone with the name of our service and who we are
 
  • We will be punctual when attending meetings and will come prepared
 
  • Documents will be produced in accordance with plain language and standards
 
  • We will acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 28 days
 
  • We will actively commit to a greener Sheffield by: printing only when necessary; using electronic communication where appropriate and by recycling
