Performance Indicators (PI's)

 

1. Total number of children on Child Protection Register (and/or subject to a Child Protection Plan*) measured as rate per 10k of pop u18 [APA CH01]

 

2. Children on CPR (and/or subject to a Child Protection Plan*) are reviewed with required frequency [PAF C20]

 

3. Children on CPR (and/or subject to a Child Protection Plan*) with allocated (key) social worker [APA 1219]

 

4. Re-registrations (and/or children previously subject to a Child Protection Plan*) [PAF A3]

 

5. Duration on CPR (and/or subject to a Child Protection Plan*) – more than 2yrs at point of de-registration/end of Plan [PAF C21] On CPR (and/or subject to a Child Protection Plan*) for less than 6m

 

6. Primary reason for registration / being made subject to CP Plan – category of abuse

 

7. Numbers registered and de-registered during year (made subject to CP

Plan and/or Plan ends*)

 

8. Enquiries and vetting checks to CPR (and/or list of children subject to a

Child Protection Plan*)

 

9. Parental involvement in CP conferences

 

The Child Protection Register will not exist after April 2008
